How a session runs
Provider sets frequency and amplitude
Your protocol is calibrated to your goal — bone loading, sarcopenia reversal, post-op rehab, or metabolic conditioning. Frequency lands between 30 and 40 Hz; amplitude is selected low or high.
Step onto the platform
You hold one of six guided positions: squat, lunge, plank, bridge, calf raise, or static stance. Posture is checked before each new position.

The platform oscillates vertically, horizontally, and sagittally at roughly 30 cycles per second. The signal is calibrated, not generic — three axes, measured amplitude.
